I travelled up from Georgia with my mom to see the rig, then returned alone to pick her up. Wayne Puckett was amazing! He picked me up from the Enterprise rental office when I drove up to get the coach. I am new to owning an RV, and Wayne gave me so much of his time — he spent hours making sure I was comfortable with all her systems and reminded me to call with any questions. A wonderful buying experience!

I had a fairly major upgrade to my 2024 Coachmen Beyond — a 920ah battery bank and 600w of solar on the roof, with all the Victron magic to make it work. There were a lot of issues getting the OEM system to play nice with the new stuff, and moments I seriously regretted the upgrade. But Chris, the Service Manager, stuck with me every step of the way. Many issues were out of his control, yet he kept working the plan and never avoided my calls or texts. In the end I have a great system. Stream RV is a great place for service or a full-blown electrical upgrade.
If I could offer 10 stars I would. These guys are total pros, very customer-centric and easy to work with. I took my Airstream there to fix a few odds and ends and to check a solar update installed by the dealer where I bought my first Airstream. Long story short, the original install was a mess, and the team at Stream RV took me through the repairs in excruciating detail — not only explaining what they did but why they did it.
We are impressed with the customer service at Stream RV. We were on a trip with our Rialta and discovered a roof leak. I called to ask if they could recommend a patch until we got home. They took the time to direct us to an RV shop in our area and gave suggestions on what to look for. Back home, they found the actual leak and sealed the rest of the roof. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Friendly, helpful people, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
Wayne at Stream RV helped my wife and I find our dream Bigfoot RV and was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented every single step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure the RV we were buying was represented 100% correctly. After years of vacationing throughout the country, Canada, and Alaska in our Chinook Glacier, we decided to sell our home away from home due to health issues. After contacting Stream RV, we were convinced they were our best option to assure the Chinook would continue to provide excellent traveling experiences for a future owner. Wayne had the agreed price deposited into our bank account the day prior to closing, and personally came to drive the Chinook from our home to Stream RV. Excellent service.
Dec 10 I became the new owner of a Chinook Glacier. Totally new at this and figuring it out as I go. The sale was effortless thanks to Wayne — and a nice perk, I was picked up at the car rental to come purchase my rig.
I took my BayStar in for a damaged awning and some other items that needed taking care of, and these guys were great. They worked with manufacturers on getting parts and installation information, and did it at a reasonable price. I would recommend Stream RV for any type of service you may need. I feel lucky to have found them.
We just bought a 2013 Keystone Fuzion. We replaced all the suspension, ordered new tires, and wanted the wheel bearings replaced. I called Stream and talked with Chris — he gave me a quote and scheduled me for the following week. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up not even four hours later. They did an awesome job and left no trace they were even working on the trailer. Chris was beyond personable, answering all of our newbie questions. I’d called around and found a shop half the price, but they couldn’t even tell me what brand bearings they’d use. For peace of mind we went with Stream and couldn’t be happier.
I have had several RVs over the years, and that means a lot of service visits. Stream RV is hands down the best place for service I have ever been to. They communicate very well and follow up afterward with quality work.
Stream RV did a fantastic job upgrading our Class B A/C unit. We are continually impressed with their service — research of new units and technologies, timely acquisition of parts, and flawless installation. In addition to swapping out units, the team pulled interior panels and added new wiring. Their attention to detail cannot be surpassed!
I purchased a 1998 Roadtrek 190 after a long online search, and the transition to my ownership was very smooth. The vehicle was delivered to me a week later for a dollar a mile, and since I live 170 miles away I considered that a bargain. When I couldn’t find the potable water drain plug, I called Jason, the Service Manager, for help. He promptly sent a video showing alternate drainage, and when a search yielded no jack he immediately had one sent. Stream RV is clearly committed to customer satisfaction even after the sale. Highly recommend.
Wayne was fantastic and found us just the RV we needed. He was so knowledgeable about the particulars of our Roadtrek and was able to explain and demonstrate every single system. He was communicative and personable throughout, and worked with us to find a lender and insurance too. It went so smoothly and we had our new van within a week of first contacting him. His RVs are priced fairly and we didn’t have to negotiate. We couldn’t be more pleased.
After searching for more than a year, I found the perfect RV for me at Stream — a 1997 Born Free Built-for-Two. From the first phone contact to the day I drove it off the lot, Wayne was helpful, informative, and patient with my many questions. I drove it 500 miles to New Jersey with only one small, easily fixable issue. I highly recommend the Stream team and will refer any travel-bound friends to them!

Big shout-out to Stream RV! They’d done work on our 10-year-old Sprinter van last winter, and when we looked for someone to set us up with solar and a new fridge, they were the only ones who really worked with us. Chris is great — very knowledgeable about the choices and trade-offs involved, and he can explain it all in as much depth as you like. The techs are top notch, too. They’re clearly treating the work as they’d want it done. We’re very happy all around.
I needed an estimate for repairs to my camper. I stopped at Stream RV and was met by Jennifer, who was friendly and courteous, and helped by Jason, who was the same. He wrote up the estimate in a short amount of time and was empathetic toward my situation. My R-Pod was side-swiped by someone not paying attention. I got a fair estimate from Stream RV, and Chris F. was so easy to work with — he kept me updated and informed. Once State Farm paid my claim the work was done quickly and the service was wonderful. After the work was completed I realized I was missing a wheel chock, and Stream RV immediately sent the exact model back to me, which arrived within three days. I’d definitely recommend them for their customer service and quality of work. Top notch!
We had an excellent experience with Chris at Stream RV. He assisted us with a mysterious water leak in our Casita travel trailer. They are very experienced with fiberglass units and very professional. We are so happy we found such a great place we can trust, and will return again in the future. Highly recommend!

The Stream RV team is professional, helpful, and highly capable. I came in with a large converted vehicle onto which they installed solar panels and replaced the battery system. I can now get super-accurate info on power collection and usage, which has been nothing short of game-changing — plus the upgraded battery system and cabling is much safer. Shout-out to Steve for being an excellent service advisor, Chris for the solar and battery consult, and JR for his extensive skills building so many different things for RVs. All of them made time for me and my questions, which was very kind. Most other shops wouldn’t touch my vehicle, but Stream RV confidently took on the challenge. I have so much gratitude for their knowledge and expertise!
No customer caste system here. Ever been embarrassed shopping because you’re realistic about your budget limitations? Had that feeling worsened by being treated as subhuman? Be prepared to be treated like royalty! As a recent 70-year-old widow I was a prime target for unscrupulous sales tactics — but there was no justification for my fears. I flew from DAB to RDU and was picked up by Wayne, who brought snacks and water. At the dealership, my prospective purchase was up, running, and in tip-top shape. After a thorough walk-through, the paperwork was a breeze. I got in my new-to-me ’05 Roadtrek and drove over 600 miles back to Florida without an issue. I highly recommend the dealership and staff, and will do business with them again should the opportunity arise.
We have been bringing our Class B Coachmen to Stream RV since July, and these guys are the best — professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. We had a terrible time finding a reliable, trustworthy shop until someone recommended Stream RV. Chris and his team have researched and solved all our problems, ranging from a leaky A/C to lithium charging issues to faulty tank sensors, plus awning maintenance and tire replacement. The fixes frequently required coordination with manufacturers for updated parts, repair kits, new circuit boards, and software updates. They have always operated with our best interests at heart, in a timely and fair manner, going above and beyond with their attention to detail and communication. I’d been looking for a Lazy Daze for almost a year and found the perfect one at Stream RV, which they listed the same day. The listing had many pictures and a great YouTube video — being an out-of-state buyer, the level of detail was outstanding. I immediately connected with Wayne, the Sales Manager, who is a class act and a pro. He walked me through all the features, explained its history and what Stream RV did to get it ready for sale. It was immediately clear I was dealing with a trustworthy, ethical business: no pushy sales tactics, fair pricing, and a solid team of experts (Chris is so knowledgeable on solar and other RV systems). The purchase went smoothly with lots of communication, and they were gracious enough to store my new-to-me RV inside for a couple of weeks until a winter storm passed and I could fly out from TX to drive it home. Wayne picked us up from the airport and walked me through all the key systems and driver training, and was ALWAYS available if I had questions along the way. From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier — they are truly the best in their field.
I looked at Stream RV online and saw the perfect RV for my husband and me — the bed and walkway were just what we wanted. Wayne, the sales manager, was so very helpful every step of the way. We drove from Texas to North Carolina to get a 2002 Chinook Destiny — I LOVE Chinooks! When we arrived it was clean and ready to go, and Wayne even helped us move all our things into the RV. As we started to head out, a check engine light came on, and they immediately found the problem and fixed it — water from a power washing! It was getting late, so they offered to let us stay in our RV at their spot with electricity and water until morning. Our trip home went great, no problems at all. Thank you Wayne, the service team, and the owner, who oversaw everything and is super nice!

Because of time and distance we reserved the unit sight unseen, and Wayne worked with our schedule, even meeting us on a Sunday. The vehicle was just as described, and we finalized pickup later that week after some finishing details from the service team. In October I discovered a leak in the water line between the hot water heater and furnace; I spoke with Jason and he set me up with an immediate appointment while I waited. The repairs were made and the bill was more than reasonable. We’ve taken many trips since, received many comments on “Cozy Rosy,” and I’ve referred several folks to Stream RV. Great guys, great service!
We are so happy to have found Stream RV — these guys certainly know what they’re doing. In June we had a long list of items needing repair and upgrading on our 2018 Nexus: we added Sumo Springs and a tow package, upgraded our factory radio with a Kenwood GPS/NAV system and four cameras, replaced the bathroom sink and a window shade, replaced seals on all three slide-outs, upgraded the bay-door locks, and switched out the dump valve for easier access. Chris Ferrell was fantastic — he put up with all my questions, coordinated with our travel schedule, and kept us informed of progress the entire time. He researched various options and explained them so we could decide on the best balance of function vs. price for our needs. If you’ve got an RV or travel trailer, this is the place to go for repairs and upgrades.
